Join LifeStance Health as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving our Gedney office in Westchester County. We're seeking a dedicated, licensed clinician to deliver evidence-based behavioral healthcare to individuals, couples, and families in our outpatient practice. As an LMFT at LifeStance Health, you'll work in a collaborative outpatient environment where your therapeutic expertise directly impacts client wellbeing. What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions addressing mental health concerns, emotional wellness, and life transitions
- Provide couples and marriage counseling using systemic and relational therapeutic approaches
- Lead family therapy sessions focused on communication patterns, conflict resolution, and relational health
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in our electronic health record system
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
