This Managing Counsel position sits at the intersection of legal strategy and data center operations. You'll provide essential guidance to Oracle's data center and networking groups, helping navigate complex regulatory, contractual, and operational legal challenges. Your work will directly support Oracle's ongoing expansion and success in this critical infrastructure space.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee legal matters affecting data center infrastructure, operations, and related compliance requirements
• Counsel business teams on regulatory and contractual issues tied to data center and networking functions
• Partner with Oracle leadership to identify and manage legal risks proactively
• Develop actionable legal strategies that align with business priorities
• Handle legal projects from inception through resolution with attention to detail and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Established experience in legal counsel roles, ideally in technology, data center, infrastructure, or related sectors
• Self-directed professional with genuine interest in collaborative problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and capability managing complex legal matters
• Juris Doctor degree and active bar license in good standing
