About the Role

As a Leasing Professional at Alleia Waters Creek in Allen, Collin County, you will be the welcoming face of the community and a key driver of occupancy. Working on-site with the Davis Development team, you will guide prospective residents through every step of the leasing journey — from the first tour to a completed lease agreement — while helping match each applicant to the home that fits their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, uncover their housing needs, and recommend units that suit their preferences and budget.
• Lead engaging tours of model homes and move-in-ready apartments.
• Inspect models and made-ready units each day to confirm they meet community presentation standards.
• Prepare, review, and process lease documents accurately.
• Screen and qualify applicants to verify eligibility and complete the approval process.
• Carry out outreach marketing and promotional efforts to attract new traffic and fill vacancies.
