About the Role
As a Leasing Professional at The Elson Longmont, you serve as the first point of contact for future residents. Your day centers on showcasing available homes, guiding prospects through the application process, and helping qualified renters find a place they love to call home.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents, listen to their needs, and match them with apartment homes that fit their preferences and budget.
- Lead tours of model and move-in-ready units, presenting the community and its amenities with enthusiasm.
- Walk model homes and made-ready apartments each day to confirm they meet presentation and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate lease agreements and supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Screen and qualify applicants to ensure they meet residency criteria.
- Carry out community outreach and marketing efforts to attract new traffic and keep occupancy strong.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort working on-site, full-time at the Longmont property.
- Attention to detail when preparing leasing documents and reviewing applications.
- A proactive, sales-oriented approach to marketing and resident outreach.
- Ability to stay organized while managing tours, follow-ups, and paperwork.
