About the Role

In this position, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for welcoming guests, understanding their housing goals, and guiding them seamlessly through our leasing process. You'll combine sales acumen with attention to detail to fill available units while maintaining high community standards.

What You'll Do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct consultative conversations to identify their preferences, move timelines, and leasing needs
• Present available floor plans and model units, highlighting property amenities and community features that align with resident interests
• Execute lease paperwork with accuracy, ensuring all documentation meets company and legal standards
• Screen prospective residents, verify qualifications, and process resident applications according to established guidelines
• Conduct regular inspections of model and ready-to-lease units to ensure presentation standards are consistently met
• Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing outreach and community engagement activities
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, leases, and transaction history
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through professional, service-oriented resident interactions

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles in real estate
• Demonstrated ability to qualify prospects and assess resident suitability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency with lease documentation and property management systems
