About the Role
As an Onsite Assistant Property Manager (APM) / Resident Manager (RM) at 2B Living, Inc., you'll be at the heart of daily property operations — ensuring communities run efficiently while delivering standout experiences for both residents and property owners. This is a full-time, onsite position based in San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the property, maintaining high standards of community quality and resident satisfaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and fostering a welcoming environment
- Support property ownership goals by coordinating maintenance, occupancy, and administrative functions
- Collaborate closely with the broader 2B Living team to uphold company values and operational standards
- Contribute to building thriving residential communities through proactive problem-solving and teamwork
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management, resident services, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a resident-first mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a team
