As a Leasing Consultant at Tapestry Northridge, you'll be the heart of our community—connecting prospective residents with their ideal homes while supporting current residents at every touchpoint. This position blends relationship-building, sales acumen, and customer service expertise to build lasting community connections and achieve leasing objectives.
What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours and community presentations
- Answer questions about floor plans, amenities, lease terms, and community benefits
- Process lease applications and guide prospects through the rental approval process
- Nurture ongoing relationships with residents to encourage lease renewals and generate referrals
- Support community marketing efforts and maintain professional property showings
- Meet leasing targets and contribute to occupancy and revenue growth
