MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN – Domain at Cedar Creek

As a Maintenance Service Technician with Arlington Holding Company's Domain at Cedar Creek property in Vista Grove, DeKalb County, you'll be essential to our team's daily operations. You'll handle everything from routine maintenance to urgent repairs, taking pride in the quality of your work and the impact it has on our residents' experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections throughout the property
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management with professionalism and promptness
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Maintain detailed records of completed work, materials, and parts used
• Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with residents to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Keep maintenance areas organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or general repair work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, with valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to customer service
• Relevant certifications (EPA, HVAC, electrical) are preferred but not required
• Willingness to develop skills and learn new maintenance techniques
