About the Role

As Administrative Manager, you'll oversee essential day-to-day operations supporting the property management team at our Tempe office. This position blends strategic administrative leadership with hands-on property support, offering meaningful opportunity to develop your expertise and grow within the company.

What You'll Do

• Manage administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems
• Support property management staff with documentation, compliance, and reporting
• Respond to tenant communications, service requests, and occupancy matters
• Assist with lease administration, move coordination, and occupancy tracking
• Maintain and organize property records and documentation
• Coordinate vendor relationships and schedule maintenance activities
• Prepare and contribute to monthly and quarterly property reports
• Provide office and reception support to the team
