As a Leasing Agent, you'll represent our brand with integrity while working directly with prospective residents. This full-time role offers the chance to develop your leasing skills, grow your real estate career, and make a measurable impact on property occupancy and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and present floor plans, amenities, and lease terms to prospective residents
- Qualify leads and manage inquiries from prospective tenants
- Process rental applications and verify resident qualifications in compliance with fair housing standards
- Execute lease agreements and coordinate move-in logistics with residents
- Maintain marketing materials, update vacancy listings, and promote community amenities
- Build and follow up on prospect pipelines to maximize property occupancy rates
- Document tenant interactions and maintain organized leasing records
What You Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Sales ability and demonstrated track record closing agreements
- Attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Familiarity with property management software or eagerness to master new systems
