About the Role
As Lead Resident Project Representative for civil construction projects, you'll serve as the primary on-site representative overseeing municipal pipeline construction operations. Your role is to ensure contractors execute work according to design plans, maintain quality standards, and comply with all regulatory requirements. You'll be the direct point of contact between the engineering team and the jobsite, responsible for daily supervision and detailed project documentation that keeps work on track.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on municipal pipeline projects
- Conduct daily site inspections and verify contractor compliance with project specifications
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain comprehensive site records, daily reports, and project documentation

What We're Looking For
