Pilot Company is hiring a Lead Guest Services Team Member at our Cartersville, GA travel center. In this full-time role, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service experiences while managing day-to-day guest operations for our bustling travel plaza.

As a Lead Guest Services Team Member, you'll step into a leadership position at one of the country's largest travel center networks. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the guest services team during assigned shifts, providing direction and support
• Greet guests, address service inquiries, and resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously
• Monitor facility cleanliness, restroom maintenance, and guest comfort standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Train team members on customer service procedures and company standards
• Handle transactions, manage customer accounts, and process guest requests accurately
• Report operational issues to management and suggest improvements
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor under high-volume conditions
