Lead Customer Success Representative

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Lead Customer Success Representative. This is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and driving consistent execution of customer success activities across the entire customer lifecycle.

In this position, you will focus on ensuring customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through proactive engagement and disciplined execution of best practices. You'll operate with limited supervision, support complex customer needs, and may provide functional guidance or mentoring to less-experienced team members. This role does not carry formal people-management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery of customer success activities
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through proactive engagement strategies
• Execute customer success practices with discipline and attention to detail
• Support complex customer needs and escalations independently
• Provide functional guidance and mentoring to less-experienced customer success team members
• Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive action to address potential risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
• Strong track record of driving customer adoption and retention
• Experience working independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate complex customer situations and find solutions
• Experience mentoring or providing guidance to team members is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
