LCSW or Psychologist (Collbran, CO) – Youth Residential Program

PsyPhyCare is seeking an experienced LCSW or Psychologist to join our Youth Residential Program team in Collbran, CO. This part-time opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact on the lives of young people.

About This Position

This role involves providing therapeutic support and counseling services to youth in a residential setting. As an LCSW or Psychologist, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will help create a nurturing environment where young individuals can thrive and grow.

Core Duties

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with youth.
• Evaluate and assess mental health needs of residents.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when needed.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of client progress.
• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctoral degree in Psychology.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or licensed Psychologist certification.
• Proven experience working with adolescents in a residential or clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
