Associated Feed & Supply is seeking a Mill Operator for our Turlock, Stanislaus County production facility. This is a full-time, regular position offering competitive hourly compensation in the manufacturing sector.
Position Summary
The Mill Operator role is fundamental to our production department's success. Working under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you'll manage mill equipment, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure our production processes operate at peak efficiency. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Your hands-on work with mill systems and daily coordination with the production team is essential to meeting our operational goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate mill equipment following established procedures and safety standards
- Perform maintenance tasks to maintain mill system functionality
- Monitor and document production output and operational data
- Coordinate with supervisors and teammates on daily mill operations and workflow
- Maintain safety standards and keep the production workspace clean and organized
- Identify and report equipment issues or operational concerns to supervisors
- Support team objectives and contribute to consistent production quality
