Kreditorenbuchhalter SAP (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking a skilled Kreditorenbuchhalter with SAP expertise. In this role, you will:

• Review, record, and post incoming invoices in SAP
• Create debit notes, internal charges, and payment runs for national and international suppliers
• Review travel expense reports while monitoring payment terms and early payment discounts
• Maintain creditor and debtor master data, ensuring high data quality standards
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings through account reconciliations and accrual postings

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Successfully completed commercial training (Bürokaufmann, Steuerfachangestellter, Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, or comparable qualification)
• Professional experience as a Kreditorenbuchhalter, Debitorenbuchhalter, or Finanzbuchhalter
• Strong proficiency with SAP in the finance area
• Structured and reliable working style with strong numerical aptitude
• Fluent German language skills and basic English proficiency
