About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential facility management organization in Munich seeking an experienced Property Manager for Facility Management (m/w/d). Our client requires a seasoned technical leader to oversee property operations and manage a dedicated technical team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical operations of properties, including operator obligations and compliance requirements
- Lead and supervise the technical team, plan deployments, and coordinate resources efficiently
- Organize maintenance, renovation, and repair activities including quality assurance and budget control
- Develop processes and maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Handle reporting, maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and serve as the primary interface with authorities
What We're Looking For
- Technical education or degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a technical property manager, technical property supervisor, or facility management leader in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, workplace safety, and operator responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills and decision-making ability
- Proficiency with MS Office and CAFM systems
- Valid Class B driver's license
