Be ready on nuclear/energy market structure, how EPC/constructors win work (capture plans, teaming, risk), and how you prioritize pursuits. Use recent public wins (e.g., Texas LNG LNTP, heavy civil delivery) only as talking points—not as insider knowledge. Prepare examples of BD pipeline discipline and cross-functional influence.
Strong fit if you have infrastructure/energy BD or strategy experience and can work complex technical sells. Thin local and comp data; verify nuclear-solutions scope, team structure, and travel with the recruiter.
