Digital Assets Manager

About the Role

As a Digital Assets Manager at Accenture's San Diego office, you'll work within our Banking & Capital Markets practice to help clients modernize their digital capabilities and maximize value from technology investments. You'll oversee the lifecycle of digital assets—from concept and development through deployment and continuous optimization—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with technology execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage digital asset portfolios for banking and financial services clients across multiple initiatives and transformation programs
• Support the development and enhancement of Accenture's digital offerings and service capabilities
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities where digital strategy creates measurable enterprise value
• Coordinate between strategy, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions
• Monitor performance and health of deployed digital assets, recommending optimizations and improvements
• Communicate asset status, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Contribute to proposal development and scope planning for digital transformation engagements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing digital assets, technology portfolios, or related operational responsibilities
• Strong understanding of banking, capital markets, or financial services industry dynamics
