Electrical Superintendent – Industrial

Kiewit is seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent - Industrial to drive electrical construction excellence on self-performed projects in Point Pleasant, Mason County. This full-time, mid-level leadership role places you at the heart of Kiewit's Industrial District field operations.

About the Role

As an Electrical Superintendent - Industrial with Kiewit, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations and installations across active jobsites in the Industrial and Water market. Based in Point Pleasant, Mason County, you will guide field crews, coordinate installation activities, and ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards within Kiewit's Field Supervision department.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor electrical field teams performing self-performed construction work.
• Supervise electrical installations and operations on industrial and water projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to keep project milestones on track.
• Champion a culture of jobsite safety, compliance, and quality at every stage.
• Partner with project leadership and trade crews to resolve field challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience supervising electrical construction operations.
• Background leading crews on industrial and/or self-performed projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, safety practices, and field coordination.
• Mid-level field supervision experience with the ability to lead teams on-site.
• Willingness to work full-time, on location in Point Pleasant, Mason County (this position is not remote).
