Our client operates in the real estate sector, providing operational support systems to help professionals scale their businesses. They're building a sophisticated automation ecosystem and need a detail-oriented engineer who's eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to meaningful workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities under guidance from senior developers
• Build custom applications and modules within Zoho Creator with mentorship support
• Develop multi-step workflows using Zoho Flow and N8N to connect various tools and systems
• Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks to enable seamless data flow between platforms
• Write Deluge scripts to manipulate data and implement business logic
• Develop clean, well-documented code across front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and back-end systems (Node.js or Python)
• Utilize JavaScript and JSON for API interactions, data parsing, and custom code steps
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure consistent performance
• Create technical documentation, process flowcharts, and training materials for implemented solutions
• Collaborate with team members to learn best practices and stay current with emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, automation, or related technical fields (or recent graduate with strong portfolio)
• Working knowledge of Zoho Creator, including building applications and writing Deluge scripts
• Familiarity with Zoho Flow for designing and implementing workflows
• Experience with QuickBooks Online API
• Understanding of N8N and ability to build multi-step workflows
• Basic experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS for front-end development
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Node.js or Python for back-end scripting
• Solid grasp of RESTful API principles and practical API integration experience
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data manipulation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience with Zoho products beyond the core requirements
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems or CRM platforms
• Basic experience with version control systems
• Knowledge of AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Google AI) and their applications
• Experience with real estate technology or marketing platforms
• Self-starter mentality with passion for automation technologies

Important Requirements:

• This is a full-time, fully dedicated role—no concurrent freelance, part-time, or consulting work permitted
• Core working hours are based on Pacific Time (PT); consistent availability during these hours is required
• Remote position open to candidates in the United States, including offshore applicants
