This full‑time position focuses on delivering efficient recruiting assistance while learning the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process. You will work closely with senior recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment data.
What You'll Do
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals
- Schedule and coordinate phone and video interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain the applicant tracking system with up‑to‑date candidate information
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide status updates and answer questions
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements
- Participate in recruiting meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
