Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Stuttgart seeking a Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to join their marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the operational execution of Google marketing campaigns. While strategy and technical setup are provided by senior team members, you'll own the day-to-day management: booking campaigns accurately, maintaining daily operations, and monitoring performance metrics with precision. Your structured approach will ensure campaigns run reliably and are continuously optimized.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Maintenance: Book and configure Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to established guidelines; maintain ad copy, creative assets, and budget allocations within the platform
• Daily Monitoring: Continuously oversee campaign performance and daily budget pacing across accounts to ensure smooth, error-free execution
• Data Management & Reporting: Regularly export campaign performance data and prepare clear, actionable reports in Excel or dashboard formats for management review
• Operational Support: Assist with daily marketing operations, coordinate advertising assets (images, copy), and handle routine account management tasks

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or comparable commercial training
• Initial Marketing Experience: Practical experience in digital marketing through internships, working student positions, or early career roles
• Google Platform Knowledge (Preferred): Prior exposure to Google Ads or analytics tools is a strong advantage but not required; what matters most is your eagerness to learn these systems quickly
• Meticulous Work Style: Exceptionally reliable and detail-oriented; you double-check your work before campaigns go live
• Data Proficiency: Strong affinity for numbers and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets for managing lists and tables
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German; good English proficiency
