Senior Integration Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential iGaming technology organization in their search for a Senior Integration Engineer to own partner integrations from end to end. This is a delivery-focused, highly technical role where you'll bridge partner needs with engineering execution across Europe.

Our talent team is seeking someone who can drive multiple integrations in parallel, lead technical discussions with diverse stakeholders, and ensure successful go-lives while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own complete partner integration lifecycle: kickoff, implementation, testing, and go-live
• Manage multiple concurrent integrations, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Serve as primary technical contact for partners, from engineering teams to executive leadership
• Lead solution design discussions and ensure alignment between partner requirements and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with internal commercial, onboarding, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
• Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and provide appropriate pushback when necessary
• Deliver technical sign-off before partner go-live
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation quality, and integration scalability

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years in Integration Management, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols
• Working knowledge of webhooks, idempotency patterns, and error handling
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and DNS
• Experience with API security: API keys, OAuth, JWT, request signing (HMAC), replay protection
• Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK, Kibana, Grafana, or similar platforms
• Ability to review, understand, and create technical documentation including API specifications
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis capabilities in complex systems
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
• Ownership mindset with proactive, accountable approach to delivery

Nice to Have:

• Background in iGaming, fintech, or SaaS environments
• Experience with aggregator or platform integrations
• Exposure to high-scale environments managing multiple concurrent integrations
• Experience with partner negotiations or senior-level technical discussions
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, JavaScript, Bash)
• Leadership potential for future growth into lead roles
