About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client in Ukraine who is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for their night shift team. Our client powers customer experience and collaboration platforms for businesses worldwide, and this role places you at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support to their user base.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, guide customers to effective solutions, and leverage modern tools including AI to enhance service delivery. This is a remote position requiring availability during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems, identifying root causes and driving timely resolution
- Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels to ensure positive customer interactions
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions with accuracy and consistency
- Provide, maintain, and update systems to ensure optimal performance while managing multiple requests in a high-volume environment
- Take full ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution, meeting daily and monthly performance metrics
- Continuously build technical knowledge of products, systems, and troubleshooting processes
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms) to support workflows, summarize interactions, and improve response quality
- Apply structured inputs when using AI tools and iterate to generate accurate, relevant outputs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or help desk environments
- Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Hardware and/or networking knowledge preferred
- Advanced English fluency required (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work remotely in Ukraine and regularly work shifts aligned with US business hours (between 12:00pm-4:00am Monday through Friday)
- Customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a persistent, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and automation tools
- Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and contributes to a positive environment
- Action-oriented problem solver who can bring clarity to ambiguous situations
