About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Stuttgart seeking a Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to join their marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational execution of Google marketing campaigns. While strategy and technical setup are provided by senior team members, you will own the day-to-day campaign management, ensuring flawless implementation, daily maintenance, and precise monitoring of Google Ads activities. Your structured approach will keep campaigns running smoothly and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Location: Stuttgart, Germany (hybrid work model available)

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to established guidelines and manage ad copy, creatives, and budgets within the platform
• Monitor campaign performance and daily budgets across all accounts to ensure smooth, error-free operations
• Export performance data regularly and prepare clear, organized reports in Excel or dashboard formats for management review
• Support daily marketing operations, coordinate advertising materials (images and copy), and handle routine account maintenance tasks
• Ensure quality control by double-checking all work before campaigns go live

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or comparable commercial training
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing (internships, working student positions, or early career roles)
• Familiarity with Google Ads or analytics tools is a strong advantage but not required—eagerness to learn these systems quickly is more important
• Highly reliable and meticulous work style with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for managing lists and tables
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
