Werkstudent:in Creator Marketing DACH (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in the DACH region seeking a working student to support their creator marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help build and expand their creator and affiliate network, turning collaborations with content creators into measurable revenue.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Researching and identifying relevant creators for the DACH market using specialized tools, supporting outreach and relationship building
• Managing and expanding a pool of active commission-based creators, from onboarding through ongoing support
• Supporting performance tracking of creator partnerships using key metrics and sales data
• Monitoring social media trends and the creator landscape, bringing fresh ideas to the team
• Using creator marketing platforms and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to streamline research, content screening, and administrative tasks
• Collaborating closely with the team lead on projects that contribute to overarching business goals

This is a hybrid position based in Mannheim with regular on-site presence required. During lecture periods, the role is capped at 20 hours per week.

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with strong interest or experience in creator marketing, social media, or influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate brings:

• Currently enrolled student status with availability for up to 20 hours per week during lecture periods
• Familiarity with creator marketing tools (Linkster, Storyclash, UpPromote) or ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Productive daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Good instinct for trends and understanding of lifestyle brand audiences
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have but not required:

• Personal experience as a content creator or within creator communities
• Background in jewelry, accessories, or comparable lifestyle sectors
• Basic understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (net sales, contribution margin)
