Feast Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Jack in the Box restaurant in Euless, Tarrant County on a full‑time basis.
About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of unit performance, ensuring that the brand’s Service Profit Chain and core promises are consistently delivered. You will report directly to the District Manager and operate within the Restaurant Field Operations department as an exempt, full‑time team member.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily restaurant activities, making independent decisions that support operational excellence.
- Ensure the Service Profit Chain is executed effectively to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Uphold the Jack in the Box Brand Promise by maintaining quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with the District Manager to align on goals and report performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a quick‑service or fast‑casual restaurant, preferably with a focus on operational controls.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks while maintaining accountability.
- Proficiency in scheduling, labor management, and basic financial reporting.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management coursework is a plus.
