Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI training data in Italian by auditing transcription accuracy and forced alignment quality
• Review and assess transcriptions for accuracy using established error classification systems, providing clear pass/fail verdicts with detailed rationale
• Verify and correct audio segment timestamps to ensure precise word-level alignment, adjusting segments as necessary
• Apply consistent quality standards across all judgments, employing careful listening practices and providing thorough feedback
• Work independently in an asynchronous environment while meeting project deadlines and maintaining high-quality output

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Native or near-native command of Italian as spoken in Italy
• Strong English reading and writing capabilities
• Professional experience in transcription, subtitling, localization, linguistic annotation, or quality assurance roles
• Demonstrated ability to apply structured evaluation frameworks with consistency and discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with AI data annotation or model evaluation projects
• Academic or professional background in phonetics or linguistics
• Familiarity with audio editing software or waveform analysis tools
