Internship – Workplace and People Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client in Berlin that is seeking a Workplace and People Operations Intern. Our talent team is working with an early-stage company that is building cutting-edge solutions in the conversational AI space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience seeing how a fast-moving startup operates from the inside.

This role is based in Berlin and requires in-office presence. You'll be supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the team productive and create an environment where great work happens.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Berlin office environment - managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring the workspace is functional and welcoming
• Support planning and execution of team events including offsites, interviews, team dinners, and community gatherings
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members, including desk setup, hardware provisioning, and access management
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs
• Build simple automations for workplace operations tasks such as ordering, inventory tracking, and requests using AI and no-code tools
• Provide ad-hoc support across various operational needs as they arise
