Cresta is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager, International to help launch and scale our newly established EMEA and APAC go-to-market teams in this full-time, remote role based in the United Kingdom.
About the Role
As the Sales Enablement Manager, International at Cresta, you will be the driving force behind ramping and scaling our growing international sales organization. This is a hands-on builder position where you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives and regional sales leaders to deliver practical, field-tested enablement that lifts performance at every stage of the sales cycle. Your impact will be measured by quicker ramp times, sharper deal execution, and meaningful revenue growth across EMEA and APAC. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product Management, and the wider Enablement Team to tailor global programs to the realities of international markets while staying aligned with Cresta's broader GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Extend existing onboarding programs with region-specific content for new EMEA and APAC AEs, adapting them to local market dynamics and buyer personas.
- Provide structured ramp support through training, deal coaching, and pipeline development guidance.
- Reinforce Cresta's sales process and methodology across international teams, from discovery through close, ensuring consistent best practices.
- Deliver ongoing coaching via live workshops, role plays, certifications, 1:1 sessions, and call reviews, partnering with frontline managers to scale impact.
- Work with Product Marketing to localize messaging, talk tracks, competitive positioning, and objection handling for regional use cases.
- Track ramp time, pipeline creation, win rates, and quota attainment to identify gaps and refine programs with data-driven interventions.
- Prepare sellers for product launches, pricing updates, and strategic initiatives so they're confident in every customer conversation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Management within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting global sales teams, with EMEA and/or APAC exposure preferred.
- Solid grasp of enterprise sales motions and a track record of building and adapting enablement programs as teams scale.
- Proven success in sales coaching and measurable performance improvement.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills across cross-cultural teams.
- Comfort operating with high ownership and autonomy in an ambiguous, builder-oriented environment.
