About the Role
This is a no-touch freight driving position offering stable, full-time employment with Hogan Transportation. You'll operate a commercial truck hauling freight across established routes, earning competitive weekly pay and annual mileage-based compensation increases. We welcome new CDL-A graduates as well as experienced drivers looking to advance their careers in trucking.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a commercial truck transporting no-touch freight
- Maintain consistent routes and meet delivery schedules
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Keep accurate logbooks and driving records in compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Uphold safety standards and company policies on every load
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT medical certification and background screening
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to work full-time driving schedules
Compensation & Benefits
Earn between $1,540 and $1,920 weekly with annual mileage pay increases up to $0.68 per mile. Experienced drivers receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, unlimited referral bonuses up to $3,000 per successful hire, and enrollment in safety and service award programs that recognize your performance.
