About the Role
This full-time position involves operating commercial vehicles on regional and long-haul routes specializing in no-touch freight operations. You'll manage your own route schedules while maintaining the safety and service standards that define professional transportation.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely on assigned routes handling no-touch freight
- Transport cargo with full accountability for delivery timelines and cargo condition
- Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections with detailed maintenance reporting
- Maintain full compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and federal hours-of-service rules
- Accurately document mileage, fuel, and all operational records
- Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding route status and delivery progress
What We're Looking For
- Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
- Clean driving record with passing background verification
- Valid FMCSA medical certification
- Experience specializing in no-touch freight preferred but not required
- Recent CDL school graduates and career-changers encouraged to apply
- Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay ranging from $1,540 to $1,920 with annual earnings up to $100,000
- Mileage-based compensation with scheduled increases up to $0.68 per mile
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for drivers with prior experience
- $30 monthly cell phone allowance
- Unlimited referral bonuses—earn up to $3,000 for each successful driver referral
