WordPress Developer

ManpowerGroup is hiring a WordPress Developer for our client's team in Wyoming, Kent County. This full-time position offers an opportunity to develop and maintain WordPress-based web solutions while collaborating with both Marketing and IT departments.

About the Role

You'll work as part of the Development team supporting strategic digital initiatives. Your focus will be creating, customizing, and optimizing WordPress sites that drive business results, with regular collaboration across Marketing and IT functions to align web solutions with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites and applications
• Customize WordPress themes and develop plugins to meet specific business requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize site performance
• Collaborate with Marketing teams on content management and digital campaign initiatives
• Work with IT teams to ensure security, compliance, and infrastructure alignment
• Test and deploy updates and new features across WordPress environments
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team development standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing and customizing WordPress sites
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and technical troubleshooting skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
