Exec Advisor, Pharmacy Consultants Manager

RxBenefits is hiring an Executive Advisor for Pharmacy Consultants Management in Archer, Laramie County. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead critical pharmacy consultant relationships, drive data-informed decision-making, and advance strategic business initiatives in the pharmaceutical benefits space.

About the Role

As the Executive Advisor for Pharmacy Consultants Management at RxBenefits, you'll manage vendor partnerships and consultant relationships while serving as a key liaison between internal departments. In this role, you'll translate data analytics into actionable business strategies, support broker-facing initiatives, and help build stronger connections across the organization and with external partners. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Broker Relations, giving you visibility into company strategy and partnership priorities.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day coordination with pharmacy consultants, analytic vendors, and partner organizations
• Develop and deliver insights through data analysis and comprehensive reporting
• Bridge communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment
• Identify partnership opportunities and work to expand business relationships
• Support broker relations initiatives and programs that drive company growth
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are met
• Compile and present findings that influence strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in pharmacy benefits, healthcare consulting, or vendor management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Proven track record of managing multiple vendor or consultant relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and business initiatives
• Knowledge of pharmacy or healthcare industry practices (preferred)
• Project management capabilities and attention to detail
