Continental is hiring a full-time Inspector in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., MX to ensure product quality and operational excellence within our quality assurance operations.

Role Overview

As an Inspector at Continental, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality throughout our manufacturing operations in San Luis Potosí. This full-time position plays a critical role in our commitment to delivering reliable, safe components to our customers. You'll work directly within our quality assurance team to inspect, test, and validate products at various stages of production, ensuring every component meets Continental's rigorous specifications and customer requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on manufactured components using established procedures and standards
• Test products and assemblies to verify they meet Continental's specifications and performance requirements
• Document inspection results, defects, and corrective actions with precision and accuracy
• Identify deviations from quality standards and escalate issues to supervisors and engineering teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing detailed feedback on production trends
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the workplace

Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to quality excellence
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
• Experience with measurement tools, gauges, or quality control equipment (preferred)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is valued
