About the Role
As a dedicated company truck driver, you'll operate company-provided tanker equipment, hauling specialty products on assigned regional and local routes. You'll be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient transportation of hazardous materials, working closely with dispatch and terminal management to meet delivery schedules and maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Operate company tanker trucks transporting hazardous materials safely and within all DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining detailed vehicle and cargo logs
- Manage hazmat documentation and compliance requirements for every load
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and terminal staff regarding delivery status and vehicle maintenance
- Meet delivery commitments while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all company safety policies
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with current Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- At least 12 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT medical certification
- Strong communication and professional demeanor
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality
