As a Full-Service Shopper with Instacart in Houston, Washington County, you are the heartbeat of the delivery experience. You receive customer orders through the Instacart Shopper app, move efficiently through participating grocery stores to hand-select every item, and drive completed orders to customers on time and in excellent condition. What You'll Do

• Receive and review incoming customer orders through the Instacart app on your smartphone
• Shop in-store for groceries, following order details closely and selecting fresh, high-quality products
• Communicate proactively with customers when an item is unavailable and suggest appropriate substitutions
• Check out purchases accurately and proceed to the customer's delivery address
• Deliver orders on time while handling bags and temperature-sensitive items with care
• Maintain a consistently high shopper rating by delivering a reliable, courteous experience on every order

What We're Looking For

• A valid U.S. driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• A compatible smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of running the Instacart Shopper app
• Strong attention to detail — getting the right items in the right quantities matters every single time
• Solid time-management skills and the ability to move efficiently in a busy store environment
• Physical ability to lift and carry grocery bags throughout a shift
• Clear, friendly communication with customers and store staff
• Familiarity with the Houston, Washington County area is a plus
