We're looking for compassionate, detail-oriented professionals who understand that in healthcare, every interaction matters. You'll be the voice that helps members navigate their pharmacy benefits, resolve urgent issues, and access the care they need.

Important: This position requires a 9-week onsite training and nesting period at the Plano office. Initial training runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Central Time for 3 weeks with 100% attendance required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekend and holiday shifts. Hybrid/work-from-home opportunities are available based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members, physicians, and pharmacies while delivering exceptional service
• Follow up, resolve, and thoroughly document member interactions and issues
• Route complex inquiries to appropriate departments and conduct necessary research
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and coverage
• Strive for one-call resolution by developing expertise in pharmacy benefits management
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and protect all personally identifiable information
• Demonstrate urgency and empathy in addressing member needs

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of call center experience required
• Must be local to Plano, TX and able to work onsite
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong active listening and conversational skills with high empathy
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
• Genuine passion for helping people
• Strong data entry and follow-through skills
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Talkdesk, or similar CRM tools preferred
• Background in benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical billing, or pharmacy operations preferred
• Experience resolving complex issues in call center settings preferred

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $21.00 per hour
