Implementation Manager (DACH)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client that is transforming how modern businesses handle their finance operations. Our talent team is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding projects across the DACH region from our London base.

In this role, you will own the complete implementation lifecycle—from contract signature through go-live—working directly with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Controllers to design solutions and ensure successful deployment of enterprise finance software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software implementations simultaneously from kickoff to go-live
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders throughout the delivery process
• Configure and customize the platform to align with each customer's unique finance processes
• Oversee data migration activities, project timelines, and overall delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodologies as the organization scales

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record delivering complex software implementations end-to-end, ideally within ERP or finance software environments
• Professional proficiency in German language (required for DACH region coverage)
• Strong ability to build credibility and maintain relationships with senior finance leaders
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery quality
• Background with enterprise finance platforms is beneficial but not essential
• Experience in consulting or SaaS implementation roles preferred
