Human Resources Business Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential streaming advertising technology company in their search for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Paris. Our client is experiencing significant growth across their European and Asian operations and needs a strategic HR professional to support their technical organization.

This role offers genuine ownership of the people agenda across France, Europe, and Asia—partnering directly with C-level technical leadership while managing employee relations and French labor law compliance on the ground in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to senior technical leaders including the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering across the France, Europe, and Asia region
• Own the full talent lifecycle for technical teams, from onboarding through retention and development
• Lead all employee relations matters across France, from routine cases to complex situations requiring legal expertise
• Ensure full compliance with French labor law across all people practices and policies
• Coach and develop managers across the region to elevate people management capabilities
• Advise on organizational design decisions as the technical organization scales
• Build and implement career frameworks that provide clear growth paths for engineering and product teams
• Adapt global People programs—including Total Rewards, performance management, and internal mobility—to the local European context

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with exposure to both scale-up and larger organizational environments
• Working knowledge of French labor law and practical experience managing employee relations in France
• Demonstrated experience supporting engineering and product teams
• Fluency in both English and French (English is the working language for this role)
• Familiarity with core People programs including Total Rewards, performance cycles, and internal mobility

Preferred:

• Experience partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones
• Track record of connecting people decisions to measurable business outcomes
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €75,000–€100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Our client offers equity participation, variable pay based on objectives, hybrid flexibility with three days per week in their central Paris office, full health coverage, meal vouchers, and an annual company offsite.
