HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in München that is seeking an HR Management Intern / Working Student to support their human resources operations.

In this role, you will:

• Support the HR team with day-to-day operations across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes
• Contribute to the ongoing development and digitization of HR processes and digital personnel file systems
• Help improve workflow efficiency, transparency, and user experience while ensuring scalability
• Maintain and organize HR data within the digital HR management system
• Take ownership of independent projects such as analyzing employee survey results, coordinating training sessions, organizing internal events, and reviewing benefit programs

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable program
• Genuine interest in people operations, employee experience, and digital transformation in HR
• Previous practical HR experience through internships, working student positions, or student initiatives is a plus
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable work style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
• Strong sense of discretion when handling sensitive employee information
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR platforms such as Personio or similar systems is advantageous
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools while critically evaluating outputs
• Very strong German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
