Fullstack Developer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B software company serving a specialized regulated industry in Germany. You will join a lean, agile development team building core ERP modules from the ground up.

• Develop core ERP modules across the full stack, including inventory management, batch order processing, digital prescription workflows, and role-based dashboards
• Build and maintain integration interfaces that connect clients with multiple third-party platforms and shipping providers (DHL, UPS, etc.)
• Ensure audit security, comprehensive logging, and GDPR compliance are cleanly embedded in the codebase from the start
• Write maintainable, tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to evolving team development standards
• Keep scalability front of mind so the platform remains fast and stable as transaction volumes grow

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in the following stack: React for frontend, Node.js (NestJS) for backend, and JavaScript/TypeScript throughout
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks)
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Location: Köln (Germany)
