Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Senior Consultant for their Tech Advisory practice in München. In this role, you will lead and support complex transformation projects at the intersection of business, technology, and change management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients through digital and organizational transformation initiatives, from strategy development to operational implementation
• Acting as the interface between business and IT teams—gathering, structuring, and aligning requirements to ensure shared understanding of project objectives
• Leading or co-leading project workstreams with strong focus on sustainable, measurable results
• Applying agile methodologies and taking on roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner within client projects
• Designing and executing change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and implementation support
• Conducting process analysis to identify optimization opportunities and developing digitally enabled solutions
• Preparing management-level reports and presenting findings to decision-makers and steering committees

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with drive, technological affinity, and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal profile includes:

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation and digitalization projects
• Active certification in agile project management (Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred) with proven hands-on experience applying agile frameworks
• Strong technological understanding with the ability to translate modern technologies—such as Cloud, Data, AI, and Cybersecurity—into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Demonstrated project management expertise, including planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery
• Experience supporting organizational change in a structured, sustainable manner
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and strong presentation skills
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
• High initiative, collaborative mindset, and customer focus
