HR Business Partner

In this full-time remote role, you'll work directly with senior leadership and employees to build an engaging, high-performing workplace culture while driving meaningful HR initiatives that support our business expansion.

What This Role Involves

You'll be the trusted people advisor for Bluecrux's U.S. team, combining strategic vision with day-to-day execution. This position sits at the intersection of business and people operations, where your guidance helps leaders make better decisions and employees thrive. You'll work hand-in-hand with our European HR leadership to adapt global initiatives for the U.S. market, bringing local expertise and practical problem-solving to every conversation. The role requires balancing coaching and consulting with hands-on HR delivery—some days you're advising an executive through a complex personnel situation, other days you're designing a new process or leading a company-wide initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for U.S. leadership and staff, providing coaching and strategic advice on employee relations, performance management, hiring, departures, wellness, and organizational design.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through development, mobility decisions, and offboarding—ensuring consistency and a quality experience at every stage.
• Lead HR projects and change initiatives that strengthen processes, improve employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness across the U.S. business.
• Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies that reflect both business priorities and U.S. legal and market standards.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Compensation teams to support payroll, rewards, and benefits administration.
• Monitor HR trends and propose improvements to keep Bluecrux's people practices competitive and scalable.
• Serve as a bridge between our U.S. operations and the broader European HR organization, ensuring alignment and shared learning.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, with demonstrated success advising business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law, labor practices, and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive people matters with professionalism.
• Project management and change management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
