Towne is hiring a Hotel Valet Cashier for Marriott World Center Orlando, located in Edgewood, Orange County, Florida. This full-time position offers $14–$15 per hour with flexible shift options (AM, mid, and PM) to suit your availability and lifestyle.

About the Role

Join our team as a Hotel Valet Cashier and play a critical role in delivering outstanding service at one of Central Florida's premier hospitality destinations. You'll be responsible for both valet parking operations and guest payment processing, making you an essential part of the guest experience from arrival to departure. Working in a dynamic, high-volume environment, you'll manage vehicle services and handle financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using proper parking lot procedures
• Process parking fees and additional service charges through point-of-sale systems
• Welcome guests professionally at vehicle drop-off and return points
• Answer parking inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve guest concerns
• Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation of daily transactions
• Monitor parking lot organization, cleanliness, and vehicle security
• Report maintenance needs and security concerns to management
• Follow all safety, security, and company protocols

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability for AM, mid, or PM shifts on a full-time basis
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience handling cash, making change, and operating point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Professional, courteous demeanor in high-pressure situations
