Stability Healthcare is hiring a Travel Rapid Response RN for a 13-week emergency department contract in Las Cruces, New Mexico — earning $1,952 per week while working nights in one of southern New Mexico's most dynamic acute-care markets.

About the Role

This full-time travel nursing assignment places you in a fast-paced ED environment in Las Cruces, Doña Ana County, NM. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, managing a diverse patient population across the spectrum of emergent and urgent presentations. The contract runs 13 weeks, giving you the stability of a longer placement without sacrificing the flexibility that makes travel nursing rewarding.

What You'll Do

• Perform rapid triage and comprehensive assessments on patients presenting with acute, emergent, and trauma-related conditions
• Initiate and manage IV access, fluid resuscitation, medication administration, and time-sensitive interventions
• Monitor hemodynamic status, interpret diagnostic results, and escalate care based on clinical findings
• Respond to code events and participate in trauma team activations with composure and precision
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and ancillary staff to drive efficient throughput and safe patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record throughout each shift
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, follow-up care, and community resources

What We're Looking For

• Current, unencumbered RN licensure in New Mexico or an active Compact RN license
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent, hands-on ED or emergency department RN experience
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (TNCC or ENPC preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-acuity, high-volume environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative clinical mindset
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week night-shift schedule in Las Cruces, NM
