Amazing Athletes is hiring a Part Time Preschool Dance & Sports Instructor to join our team in Chaska, Carver County. We're looking for a vibrant, composed educator to lead movement and sports classes for children ages 18 months through 6 years in a joyful, encouraging environment.

About the Role

As a Preschool Dance & Sports Instructor, you'll introduce young learners to the joy of movement, dance, and basic sports fundamentals. This part-time position focuses on building coordination, motor skills, and confidence through age-appropriate, playful instruction.

What You'll Do

• Teach dance and multi-sport classes designed for preschool-age children with varied developmental stages
• Build foundational movement patterns, balance, coordination, and rhythmic awareness through games and activities
• Create an atmosphere of encouragement where every child gains confidence in their physical abilities
• Customize lessons and activities to match the developmental readiness of different age groups
• Form positive connections with students and keep parents informed about their progress and classroom experience

What We're Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and nurturing preschool-age children in movement contexts
• A composed, upbeat demeanor coupled with the reliability children and families expect
• Skill in creating inclusive, joyful learning environments where children feel supported and excited
• Background in dance or sports is a plus—but we fully train instructors who bring heart and willingness to learn
• Availability to teach part-time classes scheduled throughout the week
• Commitment to maintaining safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate spaces
