About the Role

This full-time Sr. Loan Officer/Team Leader position is part of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation's FairWorld Mortgage Division, operating on Leadling's platform. You will originate loans on a commission-based model while leveraging dedicated operational support, the Leadling CRM, and a structured business development system. The role is designed for an experienced originator who wants to expand realtor relationships and grow a team rather than work in isolation. This is an in-office position based in Framingham, Massachusetts — not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and manage residential mortgage loans through Fairway's FairWorld Mortgage Division.
• Cultivate and deepen referral partnerships with realtors and other local business sources.
• Use the Leadling CRM and business development tools to track leads and drive pipeline growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead loan officers as you scale your own team.
• Partner with operational support staff to deliver a smooth borrower experience from application to close.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a loan officer or mortgage originator, ideally at a senior level.
• Comfort working within a commission-based compensation structure.
• Established or developing network of realtor and referral relationships.
• Leadership ability to build, coach, and motivate a lending team.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Framingham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
