About the Role
As Lead Valet Attendant at The Clancy, you'll oversee parking operations while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care and customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where your attention to detail and leadership directly impact the guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate valet team members during shifts
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care
- Manage parking logistics, vehicle tracking, and lot organization
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless valet experience
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles and parking transactions
- Train and mentor valet staff on company standards and procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a valet attendant or in a similar guest-facing role
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and motivate others
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a busy environment
- Knowledge of vehicle operation and basic vehicle care
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor
